Love this sundress! I used to live in Wisconsin until I went away to college and now I am living in Michigan. Keep up the great sewing!Carla Belyeahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14516022677038477814noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8218633955785619491.post-65257918436117776632012-03-25T13:54:35.175-07:002012-03-25T13:54:35.175-07:00Love your dress, it's pretty and fun!Love your dress, it's pretty and fun!Cecilihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02430059556249427229noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8218633955785619491.post-78283607608006025582012-03-20T08:38:45.378-07:002012-03-20T08:38:45.378-07:00I haven't tried to play it but that is a funny...I haven't tried to play it but that is a funny idea! It looked like piano music to me.

Maple Bock is a beer from the Hinterland Brewery in Wisconsin. Is it possible?! It looks like a pretty hectic tune.

And what is Maple Bock? I'm crazy about using quilting cottons for these vintage dresses, because they didn't have "quilting" cottons and "dress" cottons back when these patterns were printed. They had COTTON. Or rayon. Or silk. So they used whatever fabric they liked for their projects. I wish the sewing community would lose the quilting vernacular and just use whatever fabrics suit the project. We would see more adorable dresses like these!angie.ahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01575366388194033626noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8218633955785619491.post-4899514369904264392012-03-16T04:18:30.824-07:002012-03-16T04:18:30.824-07:00Sooooo pretty! I like your take on it; I applaud your line matching, that attention to detail is great, it makes for a much more cohesive looking dress, when lines are going every which way it can be distracting.Sewly a Harpisthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05050121729422658386noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8218633955785619491.post-47106646676120212672012-03-15T11:44:39.652-07:002012-03-15T11:44:39.652-07:00I'm sorry to hear about your kitty, but hopefu...I'm sorry to hear about your kitty, but hopefully everything will work out with the change in diet.

LOVE that fabric, it's so cool!
